At Anonymous Copenhagen, we strive to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below:

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Delivery (FedEx):

    • Orders above $100 (USD): Free business or home delivery.

    • Orders under $100 (USD): $20 delivery charge.

  • Express Delivery (FedEx):

    • Upgrade available for $5 per order.

    • Applies to both orders above and below $100.

All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means there are no additional customs, duties, or import fees for you as the customer.

Delivery Times

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark via FedEx.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery times for U.S. customers:

    • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

    • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance, customs clearance, or external factors.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • You can use this number to track your shipment directly with FedEx.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Shipments are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Once FedEx marks your order as delivered, title and risk of loss pass to you. This includes deliveries left outside or at a designated delivery location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship orders only within the United States via this store.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or forwarding services.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Anonymous Copenhagen is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
