Your use of the Website, and any purchase or sale made through the Website, are subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”).
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Website. You expressly acknowledge that you are aware of these Terms of Service and have had access to the same upon entering the Website.
By using the Website, you signify your assent and agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, then you are not authorized to and must not access the Website or purchase any products thereon.
Anonymous Copenhagen may revise these Terms of Service from time to time, and any such posted revised Terms of Service shall be effective for all users as of the “Last Modified” date set forth at the top thereof. Your continued use of the Website after a posted change to the Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes. Consequently, you should consult the Terms of Service regularly.
Use of Website Materials
Anonymous Copenhagen has created this Website to provide information about its company and products for the personal use of the users of the Website (“Users”). Users may download one computer copy or print one copy of the material on this Website for their own non-commercial, educational, private or domestic use only, provided that proprietary notices (for example, intellectual property notices such as copyright© and trademark ™/®) are preserved intact and are not modified, deleted or changed.
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its entire features, functionality and contents, such as images, photographs (including any person represented in the photographs) illustrations, icons, texts, video clips, written materials and other materials (collectively, “Anonymous Copenhagen Materials”) are owned by Anonymous Copenhagen, or its licensors, or other providers of such materials and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary laws.
Users are not authorized to sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, report or otherwise prepare derivative works based on or use any Anonymous Copenhagen Materials in any way, for any public, commercial, or other purpose not specifically authorized under these Terms of Service or in a writing signed by an authorized representative of Anonymous Copenhagen or the applicable licensor or provider.
If you breach any of these Terms of Service, your permission to use Anonymous Copenhagen Materials will automatically terminate, and any copies that you made of Anonymous Copenhagen Materials must be immediately destroyed.
Any unauthorized use of Anonymous Copenhagen Materials may infringe copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
Customs and Pricing Policy
Prices on the Website are in USD, excluding local sales tax. Customs and import fees including tariffs are included in the price quoted on the Website (all shipments are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)).
Anonymous Copenhagen charges the appropriate state and local sales tax based on the shipping address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges.
Anonymous Copenhagen is not responsible for payment of any use tax. If shopping from a state that requires use tax, you may be responsible personally to self-report and remit that tax to your state’s tax authority.
All prices and offers remain valid for the period advertised from time to time. The USD price of a product displayed on the Website at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent and technical errors.
If you pay for a product using a credit card that is not denominated in USD, the final price of the product will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
You select the products you want to buy and add them to the “bag.” Up until the time the order is made, you may change the contents of the bag, and you may, on an ongoing basis, check the contents of the bag and the price of the products.
Please note that items in your bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Any additional payments, e.g. shipping, will not be calculated until immediately before you are ready to pay.
Once you are ready to order, click “go to checkout,” enter your name, address, email, and telephone number, select the type of delivery, and enter your payment information. You may change the contents of your bag until you confirm your purchase.
Confirm your purchase by clicking the button “Continue to Payment.” After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order’s details. Importantly, this email is NOT an acceptance of your order. Instead, it is merely a confirmation that we received your order. If we subsequently accept your order, you will receive another email confirmation, as discussed below.
Acceptance of Order
If we accept your order, we will convey our acceptance by either sending you an email stating we have accepted the order or shipping you the product.
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to not accept your order for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms of Service.
Subject to applicable law, we may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Website, whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening, or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction; or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment
Payment can be made by major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB), debit card (Maestro and Visa Electron), PayPal, Shop Pay, or any other method that may be clearly advertised on the Website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch or reservation of your order by Anonymous Copenhagen.
By placing an order with a credit/debit card, you confirm that you own the credit/debit card used or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it to place the order and to make the purchase. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Anonymous Copenhagen, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All credit card transactions on this Website are processed securely using Shopify Payments (and associated providers), which encrypts your card details.
Subject to applicable law, we are not liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when you access or order from the Website.
Delivery & Shipment
We ship orders via FedEx.

Orders above $100 (USD): free business or home delivery.

Orders under $100: $20 standard delivery charge.

Express upgrade available: $5 flat fee.
Orders will typically ship within 1–2 business days after issuance of the order confirmation, unless otherwise informed. Once your order is ready to ship, we will provide an estimated delivery date, tracking information, and invoice.
Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the order “delivered” to the shipping address provided, including if left outside or in a designated location.
Gift Certificates
All Gift Certificates purchased on us.anoncph.com are digital/electronic. After your completed purchase, you will receive your Gift Certificate in a separate email once payment has been received and verified. This email contains a unique and personal voucher code. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly during checkout.
Validity: 3 years from purchase.
Redemption: only for goods/services at us.anoncph.com.
Balance inquiries: contact support@anoncph.com.
Lost or stolen: treated as cash and will not be replaced.
Exchanges to vouchers: when you choose to exchange for store credit, you will receive a Gift Certificate (voucher). Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
Right of Cancellation / Returns
You may cancel or return an order within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must be:

Unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging;

Returned with a trackable method.
You may return using your own label or a prepaid label purchased from us ($30). Risk of loss remains with you until we receive the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt, subject to deductions for any diminished value.
Exchanges: Free of charge. We provide a prepaid exchange label.
Holiday Returns
To make holiday shopping a little easier, we offer extended return and exchange rights on purchases made during the holiday period.
Orders placed between November 20 and December 24 can be returned or exchanged until January 30.
All returns and exchanges must follow our standard return conditions and items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
Additional Disclaimers
Although we endeavor to ensure that the items, terms, and other content on the Website are accurate, from time to time, errors may occur. Product descriptions, colors, or details may vary slightly. Products may also be improved or modified over time, meaning the product delivered may differ slightly from earlier or later production runs of the same style.
To the extent permitted by law, Anonymous Copenhagen shall not be liable for any claims, either direct or consequential, relating to color, immaterial variations, or product improvements.
For the avoidance of doubt, this does not in any way limit our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any matter for which it would be illegal to exclude liability; or (d) injuries or accidents arising from improper use of our products, including slips, trips, or falls while wearing footwear.
Products are not toys and are not intended for use by young children.
Limited Warranty
We provide a 2-year limited warranty covering production errors in materials or workmanship. Remedies may include repair, replacement, authorized local repair reimbursement, or refund. Exclusions include wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care.

Security
We use technical and organizational measures to safeguard data but cannot guarantee perfect security.

These Terms are binding on you and us and on our successors and permitted assigns. You may not assign your rights or delegate obligations without our consent. We may assign or delegate without restriction.
Status
By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into contracts and at least 18 years old.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our control (Force Majeure Events). Performance will be suspended during such events, and we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate.
Waiver
Failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and any documents referenced herein constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings. Each party acknowledges it has not relied on representations outside these Terms.
Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
