We hope you love your Anonymous Copenhagen purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your order under the following conditions:
Return Period

You may return your order within 30 days from the date it was delivered.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge.

When exchanging:

You may choose to exchange directly for another product.

If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the price difference.

If the new item is less expensive, you may choose either a voucher (Gift Certificate) for the remaining value or a refund of the difference.

You may also choose to exchange your order directly for a voucher (Gift Certificate) for the full value of your return.

Vouchers issued for exchanges are non-refundable.

We will provide you with a prepaid exchange label free of charge through our Return Portal.
Returns for Refund

Customers may return items using either:

A prepaid return label issued via our Return Portal — in this case, a $30 return shipping fee will be charged when going through the return portal.

Their own return label — no fee will be deducted or charged.

The risk of loss remains with you until the returned items are received and processed at our warehouse.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.

We may reduce your refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and quality.
Warranty Returns

Products are covered by our 2-year limited warranty against production errors in materials or workmanship.

If your item is faulty, please start a claim via our Return Portal and include your order number, photos, and description of the issue.

Remedies may include repair, replacement, authorized local repair reimbursement, or refund. Wear and tear, misuse, or accidents are not covered.

Once registered, you will receive your prepaid label (if applicable) and step-by-step instructions.
